本设计是某十四层的医院住院大楼的建筑给排水设计,主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消防系统、热水系统和屋面雨水系统五个部分。
给水系统采用分区供水,一到四层为低区,由市政管网直接供水。五层到十四层为高区,采用下行上给的供水方式,由地下室的高区供水泵供水到高区管网,并同时供给屋顶的消防水箱;排水系统采用的是污、废合流制,排水立管仅设伸顶通气管,污水再经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网;消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统和自动喷水灭火系统,火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从消防水池内抽取。自动喷水灭火系统开湿式自喷系统。根据报警阀组控制的喷头数的有关规定共设置四个湿式报警阀,湿式报警阀装在主楼消防泵房内,自带水力警铃报警,并有压力开关自动启动喷淋水泵。均采用68度的玻璃球喷头。
热水系统采用集中供热的热水供应方式,采用闭式热水供应系统,循环是下行下回双立管同程式全循环系统。拟采用半容积式水加热器,冷水通过加热器集中加热后,再由提升泵供向配水管网;雨水采用的是内排水系统,雨水直接排向市政污水管网。给水管和排水管均采用PVC管,消防系统管道采用给水铸铁管,热水系统都采用塑料管。
设计过程进行了各系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算,以及各种设备的选型。最后用CAD绘制了各个系统的平面施工图、系统图、大样图和设计说明。
