近年来,污水处理厂已成为各个城市最重要的基础设施之一,尤其是中小城市,新建或扩建污水处理厂已成为当地政府改善人民生活水平的头等大事。随着自动化技术、计算机技术的不断发展、完善,污水处理厂的自动化水平也相应提高。而PLC控制器以其技术成熟、通用性好、可靠性高、安装灵活、扩展方便、性能价格比较高等一系列优点,在工业控制中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文介绍了工厂处理的基本工艺和流程,并通过研究设计一套基于PLC控制的污水处理系统,文章首先介绍了基于PLC污水处理控制系统的工艺及相关流程,控制系统硬件结构及设计、工作原理以及设计PLC控制系统的基本原则和步骤,来说明PLC在污水处理过程中的应用。先根据污水处理要求设计了设备的电器控制与自动控制线路,主要包括设备的启停、状态信号故障信号,然后按照工艺要求设计PLC控制系统,其他包括PLC的选型、系统资源配置以及按照污水处理工艺编制PLC程序,最后利用组态来实现污水处理的仿真。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, sewage treatment plant has already e one of the most important infrastructures in every city, and especially in small and medium-sized ones, to build and expand such plants has been on the local government’s top agenda to improve peoples’ life . With the development and improvement of automation technique puter technology, automation level of sewage treatment plants has also made a corresponding leap. With PLC has series of merits such as: mature technique, fine universal property, high reliability , flexible to install, convenient to expand, excellent cost performance, etc, while have enabled it gain a more and more widespread application in industrial control. This paper introduces the basic technology of processing factory and process, and through the study design a set of based on PLC control sewage system of, the article first introduces the sewage treatment control system based on PLC technology and related processes, control system hardware structure and design, working principle and design PLC control system, the basic principles and steps, to explain in wastewater treatment process of PLC application. According to the first sewage treatment equipment design requirement for the electric control and automatic control circuit, mainly including equipment and stop, state signal fault signal, and then according to requirement of process design PLC control system, including the type selection, other PLC system resources configuration, and according to the sewage treatment process of PLC program, finally, using
