向下不向上。因火势向上蔓延,且其蔓延速度远高于跑动速度。

因供电系统随时会断电,千万不要乘电梯逃生。

离开房间以后,随手关门,使火焰、浓烟控制在一定的空间内。

注意防烟。用湿毛巾等物掩住口鼻,保持低姿势前进,呼吸动作要小而浅。带婴儿逃离时,可用湿布轻轻蒙在婴儿脸上。

理性逃生。利用建筑物避难层、室内设置的缓降器、救生带、应急逃生绳等进行逃生,滑至安全楼层。
