摘要:本文建立了气相色谱内标法测定化妆品中甲醇和乙醇的方法。通过考察稀释液、内标物、气相色谱柱等条件,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺作为稀释液,异丙醇作为内标物,选用DB-FFAP毛细管柱进行色谱分离,保留时间定性,内标法定量,并与《化妆品卫生规范》中气相色谱顶空外标法测定甲醇的方法进行了比较。结果表明,气相色谱内标法测定化妆品中甲醇和乙醇的含量,~500mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2甲醇==),相对误差<%,~%(n=6)。

Determination of Methanol and Ethanol in Cosmetics used Internal Standard
by Gas Chromatograph

Abstract:Methanol and ethanol in cosmetics were determined using internal standard by gas solvent,GC capillary column and internal standard were studied and discussed. The objectives were separated by DB-FFAP capillary column GC using N,N-dimethylformamide as solvent, and was quantified by isopronal as internal standard. At the same time,this method pared with the method quantified by external standard in《Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics》using GC with headspace automatic showed that there was a nice linear relathionship when the concentration of objectives was in the range of ~500mg/L (R2methanol=; R2ethanol=). The average recovery ranged from % to %(n = 6), with a relative derivation less than %.
