摘要:研究了纤维素酶预处理对废纸箱二次纤维磨浆效果的影响。结果表明,纤维酶的种类、用量、预处理时间、pH值等对纤维素酶的作用效果影响大。纤维酶-%、、环压指数和抗张指数分别达到26 °SR、 N∙m∙g⁻¹ N∙m∙g⁻¹,%、%%。

Improvement of Refining of Secondary Fiber from Old Carton by Cellulase Pretreatment

Abstract: The effect of cellulase pretreatment on refining of secondary fiber from old carton was investigated. The results showed that the type and dosage of cellulases, pretreatment time, pH value influenced greatly the effectss of the cellulase on refining. The beating degree, ring pressure index and tensile index of the secondary fiber pretreated with cellulase -5 were 26 ° SR, N∙m∙g⁻¹ and N∙m∙g⁻¹, respectively, under the conditions of cellulase -5 amount of %, pretreatment time of 45 min and pH value of . These values were %, % and % larger than those of the blank fiber without pretreatment by the cellulases.

利用废纸造纸,不但可以缓解造纸原料的匮乏和能源短缺问题的矛盾,而且还可以减轻环境污染问题。我国大多数企业用100%废纸箱生产挂面纸板或瓦楞纸板,但是废纸箱二次纤维成分复杂,不仅含有大量的细小纤维组分和杂质,而且在抄造过程中会发生的不可逆角质化,引起二次纤维自身的润胀性能及强度下降,导致成纸过程中的滤水性能、机械强度下降[1-2]。因此要使二次
