摘要
在许多车间的生产过程中还一直采用原始的人工选配方式由于不了解企
业的实时工具信息采用这种选配方式容易造成数控刀具选配方案与实际生产要
求的脱节从而严重影响实际生产效率由于缺乏对各应用系统以及现有工具信
息的有效管理使各种应用系统相互独立各部门的数据不能共享在一定程度
上也造成了人力以及物力的浪费通常情况下采用人工选配方式需要耗费较长
的时间并且出现重新选配的几率也较大在整个选配过程中选配工作还要求
选配人员具有较为丰富的选配经验从而使人工选配方式具有很大的局限性因
此采用人工选配方式已不能适应当前信息管理以及信息处理的需要开发一套
满足企业发展要求的数控刀具选配系统是企业提高竞争力的必然要求
本论文在对系统开发的相关技术研究基础上开发出了 Web 环境下的数控刀
具选配系统从而可以很好地实现数据的一致性使选配人员可以了解工具的详
细信息在数控刀具选配实现过程中采用了专家系统的基本原理使数控刀具
选配更加方便与简洁论文还详细介绍了数控刀具事实库规则库以及数控刀具
选配系统推理机的设计方法并建立了基于专家系统的数控刀具选配系统模型
最后简要介绍了数控刀具选配方案的评价方法
在数控刀具选配系统的开发与实现上本论文首先对数控刀具选配系统进行
了需求分析并建立了用例模型介绍了 Web 技术 JSP 技术以及 SQL Server
并设计了数控刀具选配系统数据库在对数控刀具选配系统开发的相关技术装
配原理以及专家系统基本原理的研究基础上开发出了满足企业发展要求的数控
刀具选配系统并给出了数控刀具选配系统的实例运行情况该数控刀具选配系
统已在企业中得到了很好地运用
最后对研究工作和所取得的成果进行了总结并对下一步的研究提出了建议
和设想

ABSTRACT
In the producing process of many workshops, old manual selection method is
always used. With this method, real-time tool information isn’t able to be acquired,
which makes the NC tool selection scheme not accord with the producing condition,
and producing efficiency will be influenced seriously. As the result of the lack of
effective management of application system and existing tool information, many
application systems are independent and data of each department are not shared. In a
certain extent, this situation also makes the waste of manpower and material resources.
Under usual condition, using the manual selection method will waste a lot of time and
make probability of re-selection heighten. In the course of whole selection, selection
work requires selection workers who must have rich selection experiences, which
makes manual selection method possess limitation. So the manual selection method
isn’t fit to the needs of information management and information processing, and
