本文是摇臂钻床用轴均布多轴头设计。固定式多轴头是根据一个典型法兰盘类零件而设计的,用于零件中大批生产要求。
一般,普通单轴摇臂钻床只在主轴上装一个钻头,进行单孔钻削。如果大批量生产中也用这种方法加工,不仅生产率低,而且劳动强度大。为提高劳动生产率,在钻床主轴上装一个多轴头架,可以同时加工工件上的几个孔。
可以看出,改装后的多轴钻床,可以同时完成多个孔的钻、扩、铰等工序。工艺范围可以满足一般加工情况的孔类钻削要求。多轴头架可以起到提高生产效率、降低成本、提高孔系加工精度等作用。此外该装置具有结构简单、操作方便、应用范围广等特点,值得推广。
这种齿轮式多轴头架的润滑性能好,不易生热,适应于在较高转速下工作,但是结构复杂一些,尤其钻孔主轴比较多时,更显的比较突出
