在四年的大学学习中,老师教会我们学会混多关于机械设计及加工方面的知识,使我们在这大学四年中让我们的思维方式和思考方式有了极大的改变,为我们将来工作做了饿很多铺垫,很快四年转瞬既逝,毕业设计就成为我们这四年当中最后的考试,也是检验我们所学的知道的一个很好的环节。让我们自己独立发现问题并通过查资料来解决,以适应现告诉发展的社会。
本次毕业设计所实涉及查阅机械工艺手册、夹具设计手册等资料,对工艺设计及夹具的设计有了全面的了解。在设计过程中遇到了很多问题,如编排工艺中粗基准和精基准的选择,粗基准选择工件侧面,精基准选择工件底座面,最后选择先定基准面,选择一个人为辅助基准面为参考,原因装卸方便、定位准确。
经过近3个月的努力和老师、同学的帮助,我基本上完成了设计要求。由于自身知识和能力有限,还存在不少不足之处,恳请各位老师给予指正。
