摘要:机械优化设计方法是现代产品设计方法中的最为重要的一种。在本文中,分析了车床主传动系统优化设计数学模型的建立方法。在处理实际的具体问题时,运用了优化设计的理论和方法,对方案进行了最优化。首先是建立数学模型即选择适当的优化目标;其次是确定设计变量和约束条件,并选择合适的优化计算方法;然后是利用MATLAB优化工具箱编制计算机程序,运行求解;最后对得到的结果进行分析处理并与实际相结合,从而得到最终的最优方案。
本次设计中主要是对C7620型车床的主传动系统进行优化,主要是结合传统的设计方法和目前的机床主传动系统的优化设计方法,从而确定了论文的设计内容。机床主传动系统的优化设计发展很快,主要是从两个方面进行了主传动系统的优化设计:一是以传动齿轮的体积和最小为优化目标;二是以车床主轴箱展开图的总中心距最小为目标为优化目标。所有参数的选取都是以传统的设计方案为准则的,例如C7620型车床的运动参数、主传动系统图和主传动转速图等。在保证机床传动性能不变的情况下,不仅使车床主传动系统的制造成本最低、体积最小,而且使得车床的经济性更加优越。

Optimal Design of Main Transmission System of Semiautomatic lathe with chuck and more tools
Abstract:In the latest product designs, the machinery optimized design is the most important one. This paper has analyzed how to establish the optimization design mathematical model in the lathe main transmission system. When dealing with the problems in practice, it uses the optimized design theory and method, in order to make the project optimized. First of all, a mathematical model was established, which select optimized target; next the variable and the restriction condition were determined, and selected the best way of the optimized calculation; computer program was established in the MATLAB optimization toolbox, which got the result. Finally, the result which conforms to reality was analyzed and dealt with; thus, obtained the final most superior object.
In the design, it has optimized the main transmission system of C7620 lathe. This text designs mainly depend on the traditional design and the optimization design for the main transmission system of the present machine tool. Lathe main transmission system has developed quickly in these years. In the paper, there are two aspects in the optimization design for the main transmission system: made the sum volume of the transmission gear minimized; another, the most minimal center distance of expansion graph of the lathe main axle box minimized.
