劳动力市场工资议价的博弈分析
摘要
随着经济的发展与变革,市场工资水平出现多元化的发展趋势,劳动力的价格在现行的制度下出现扭曲,市场的工资并不能真实的反映在一个劳动力市场中的劳动力价格。针对上述的情况,首先综合各个观点,得出工资的本质主要是由在特定的劳动力市场制度下,劳动力与用人单位相互作用所决定的,这是一个互动过程;通过总结工资变化特点的基础上,提出影响工资议价的几个影响因素,主要有劳动者自身的素质,劳动力市场上的供求关系等等;最后,运用博弈论观点,分析双方的策略选择即要价的工资水平,探讨劳动者与用人单位双方博弈对工资水平的决定作用,以及在总体环境下的劳动者和用人单位的议价策略选择,探讨劳动力市场上的工资均衡机制。

Game Analysis of the labor market in wage bargaining
Abstract
With economic development and change, the level of wages in the market diversified development trend, the price of labor in the current system distorted the market wage does not reflect the real price of labor in a labor market. For the prehensive individual point of view, draw the nature of the wage determined by the specific labor market institutions, labor and employer interaction, which is an interactive process; summarizes the characteristics of wage changes on the basis of proposed affect wage bargaining influencing factors, mainly the quality of the workers, on the relationship between supply and demand in the labor market, etc.; Finally, the use of game theory point of view, the wage level analysis of the bilateral strategies that asking price, explore the workers and both the employer game role in the decision to wage levels, as well as in the overall environment of the workers and the employer bargaining strategy selection, explore the the wage equalization mechanism on the labor market.
