【摘要】随着改革开放进程的不断推进,我国社会经济三十多年的发展,近年来,地方政府为了发展地方经济,多渠道筹集资金,导致地方政府背负大量有不同形式的债务。庞大的债务规模不仅影响到地方经济的正常运行和发展,甚至影响到了地方政府的公信力。地方债务规模不断膨胀,各地政府融资平台数量与规模不断增长,如何有效地预防和化解地方债务危机,应对地方财政风险,正确处理地方政府债务问题不仅关系到地方政府职能的有效发挥,更关系到整个国家的经济稳定快速发展。

Local government debt problems in our country
Abstract: With the opening and reform process the development of the social economy in 30 years of development, in recent years, the local government to the development of the local economy, multi-channel raise money, lead to a local government bears have different forms of debt. The huge debt affect not only the local economy scale the normal operation and development, even affected the credibility of the local government. Local debts scale unceasingly inflation, the local government financing platform number and scale continues to increase, how to effectively prevent and dissolve the local debt crisis, deal with local financial risk, dealing with the local government debt problem is not only related to the local government function effectively play, the more related to the country's economic stability rapid development.
