摘要:本文利用木纤维与聚苯乙烯制备复合材料,分析热压时间、热压温度、塑料配比等工艺因子对复合材料性能的影响,确定制得最佳材料性能的复合工艺条件。结果表明,当温度为140℃、热压时间为7min、,所得复合板的各项性能最佳。温度较高时,木纤维降解加剧,塑料熔融,性能反而有所下降。热压时间过短时,木材发泡不充分,内结合强度较差;木塑比为10:3时效果最好,内结合强度低,吸水膨胀率高,塑料含量高时,静曲强度低。通过极差分析得,本研究的最佳工艺条件为:热压温度为140℃,热压时间为7分钟,木塑比为10:3。

Abstract: The influence of the process factors on the physical properties of wood-posites was investigated. Polystyrene and Xylem fiber were used as the main raw material , and the various process factors such as different kinds of plastics , the mixing ratio between the wood material and its plastic counter part and hot pressing temperature,were examined. The results show that When the temperature is 140 ℃, hot pressing time was 7min, WPC mass ratio of , made the best performance posite panels . At extremely high temperature the wood fiber material degrades drastically and plastic melting. The mixing ratio between wood and plastics has its best performance at ten to one wood-plastics ratio. Internal bond strength decrease and high water expansion when the woodplastic ratio is lower and properties of MOR are weakened when it es higher. Based on both of the maximum difference analysis ,the test shows the optimum conditions for wood- posites to be a hot-pressing temperature of 1
