随着中国经济的快速发展,物流行业也迎来了春天,其中快递业的发展尤为快速。一方面是经济的快速发展,依托于网络的电子商务正在中国兴起,物流业迎来新的发展机会,对快递业的要求越来越高;另一方面是国家政策的支持,中国面临巨大的就业难题,需要大力发展可以解决就业问题的产业,而物流业是劳动密集性产业正好可以解决很大一部分人的就业问题,这是快递业发展的又一机遇。然而中国的物流业发展情况却不是很乐观,专业化不强,效率不高,相关法律法规不健全等问题比较突出,其中运输问题最为显著,在发达国家运输费用只占总费用的一两成,而在中均占到四到五成,这严重制约了中国物流业的发展。所以大力发展物流业是必然趋势。对于快递运输的企业来说,这是一个很好的机遇,也是一个巨大的挑战。但是对于这些企业而言,企业内部存在着种种物流方面的问题而导致企业的发展止步不前。但是对交通运输特别是面向快递运输业物流运输的研究尚不够深入。本文通过对北京微特派快递有限公司的物流运输情况的分析,结合今天快递行业的发展趋势,指出了该公司存在的各种物流问题,如运输工具的选择、运输线路的设计、货物运输的及时性与安全性等问题。然后针对存在的问题提出了合理选择交通工具、协调运输线路、分拣中心管理、开展应急物流等优化对策。

ABSTRACT
China's rapid economic development prospers the logistics industry,especially the express delivery. While economic developing fast, logistics industry will have new developing opportunities relying on the rising of China’s merce and request higher quality of express delivery. The other developing opportunity for express delivery is supported with state policies. The problem of employment can be solved with logistics industry which is labor-intensive and our country needs to make greater effort to develop the industries which solve the problem of employment. However, the development situation of China's logistics is not very optimistic, especially the weakness of specialization, inefficiency, lack of laws and regulations and the problem of transport which is the most outstanding problem. In developed countries, the transportation cost accounts for the proportion is only 20%.That transportation cost accounts for the proportion in China is about 40%-50% restricts the development of logistics industry seriously. The developing trend of logistics industry is inevitable, which is a good opportunity for express panies but also a huge challenge. For panies, internal logistic problems stall the development of themselves. But the research for transport, particularly express transport, is not enough.
