【摘要】近几年来,随着工业工作及科学技术的蓬勃发展,冷挤压技术也得到了迅猛发展。随着冷挤压工艺的日趋成熟和发展,与其相应的冷挤压设备也在不断更新和完善。为了满足冷挤压工艺的需要,冷挤压设备的结构性能必需满足其工艺对设备力能特性和速度特性的要求。所以采取对压机的优化设计的研究很有必要,并具有深远的意义。
在挤压设备方面,中国已具备设计和制造各级吨位挤压压力机的能力。除采用通用机械压力机、液压机、冷挤压力机外,还成功地采用摩擦压力机与高速设备进行冷挤压工作。
本文通过对压机设备的国内外现状进行分析,进而对压机的拉力肘杆机构进行简单的分析。通过结合matlab软件对拉力肘杆机构的优化设计做了新的尝试,为拉力肘杆机构优化的运用提出了又一条有效途径,积累了经验。

Optimization Design of Tension Cubits Stem Institutions of Cold Extrusion Machine
【Abstract】In recent years, with the industrial production and the vigorous development of science and technology, cold extrusion technology also get the rapid development. With the increasing maturity of cold extrusion technology and development, the corresponding cold extrusion equipment are also constantly updated and improved. In order to meet the need of cold extrusion technology, Cold extrusion equipment structure performance must meet the requirements of its processing on equipment characteristics and speed ,it is necessary to take on cold extrusion machine the optimization design of the research, and it has a profound meaning.
In the aspect of the extrusion equipment, China already have the ability of designing and manufacturing extrusion press tonnage at all levels. Except the general mechanical press, hydraulic press and the cold extrusion pressure cake layer, we also essfully using friction press with high speed and equipment of cold extrusion production.
This article through to analyze the situation at home and abroad of cold extrusion machine equipment, and then give a simple analysis of cold extrusion machine pulling force cubits stem institutions. bining the matlab software,we do new things to tension cubits stem optimization design of mechanism, put forward an efficient way to tension cubits the application of poles structure optimization.
