本次毕业设计课题《小功率直流电动机双闭环调速系统》的主要设计思路是:给定电压经软启动保护电路调节后,给定信号由阶跃信号调整为斜坡信号输出,输出的信号与电枢反馈电压进行比较调节,电压环比较调节后输出的电压又作为电流环的给定,称之为电枢电流的给定,与电枢反馈电流进行比较调节,电流环比较调节后输出作为半控整流桥晶闸管移相的控制信号控制晶闸管的触发角,从而改变桥式半控整流输出的平均电压,达到调节电动机转动速度的目的。在这次设计中,运用软件MULTISIM设计其主要电路并对其进行仿真,仿真电路中在直流电动机的两端接上电压示波器,当MULTISIM仿真实验中电压示波器显示的波形符合实验理论数据要求时,就是表示实验达到课题设计平滑稳定调节电机转动速度的预期目的。

Abstract
The graduation project "Small Power DC Motor Double Closed Loop System," the main design idea is: given voltage protection circuit is adjusted by the soft-start after a given signal is adjusted by the step signal output ramp signal, the output paring the feedback armature voltage regulation, the voltage regulation parator and the output voltage given as a current loop, called the armature current is given, the armature current pared to the feedback regulation, regulate the output current loop pared half-controlled thyristor rectifier bridge phase-shifted control signal control thyristor firing angle, thus changing the half-controlled bridge rectifier output average voltage to achieve the purpose of adjusting the rotational speed of the motor. In this design, the use of software design MULTISIM its main circuit and its simulation, simulation circuit connected across the DC motor voltage oscilloscope, when the voltage MULTISIM simulation oscilloscope displays waveform consistent with experimental theoretical data requirements, is showing experimental project designed to achieve smooth and stable regulation of motor rotation speed desired purpose.
