摘要
本次设计题目为“年处理500吨玉竹提取车间的初步设计”,由于玉竹中的大多数有效成分,如生物碱盐、苷、有机酸盐,氨基酸,多糖等易溶于水和醇的特性[1],用水提出,并将提取液浓缩,加入适当的乙醇反复数次沉淀,除去其不溶物质,得到澄明液体。
本次设计采用的方法是水提醇沉法[3],这次设计主要任务是选择一条科学,简便,经济,创新的工艺路线来完成年处理量是500吨玉竹的提取。此外还包括相应的物料计算,热量衡算,主要设备计算,公用工程计算,三废处理,厂址选择,车间设备布置等等。还需要手绘一张带控制点的工艺流程图,车间布置图,主要设备图,其中车间布置图、主要设备图需要CAD绘图软件绘制。

Abstract
The topic of this design is “the preliminary design process of yearly produced 500 ton jade bamboo extraction workshop”, The most effective ingredients in jade bamboo,such as alkaloid glycosides, salt, salt anic acids, amino acids, haride are easily desolved in water and alcohol,so in this design water extraction was used ,then concentrating the extract ,add proper ethanol for precipitating repeatedly to remove the insoluble substances,at last clear liguid was achieved from the experiment.,so water extract-alcohol method were adopted in this paper.
The main task of this design is to choose a simple, economical, scientific, the innovated process which plete annual capacity of 500 tons jade bamboo extraction . In addition materials and heat calculation, main equipments and public engineering calculation, "three wastes" treatment, factory site selection and workshop equipment layout and so on. are included .That is all, hand-painted process flow chart with control points workshop layout ,main equipments figure are needed,and the last two chart need use CAD plete.
