安徽省利辛县无极灯产业发展战略研究

摘要
近年来我国大力提倡可持续发展,发展无极灯产业符合我国发展低碳经济、
建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的要求。本文旨在通过将产业发展战略的相
关理论与利辛县无极灯产业发展的实际相结合,对我国无极灯产业的现状进行
分析,研究利辛县无极灯产业未来的发展方向,有针对性地提出利辛县无极灯
产业的发展战略、发展重点、产业布局和保障措施。
首先,作者对国内外战略管理领域的相关理论进行了综述,力求为本文后
续研究提供理论支撑。其次,作者对我国无极灯产业的发展状况进行了总结,
并从经济效益和社会效益两个方面论证了无极灯具有良好的发展前景。然后,
简述了利辛县经济社会的发展概况,并对利辛县无极灯产业的发展现状进行了
阐述,运用PEST分析方法对无极灯产业面临的政治、经济、社会和技术环境进
行分析;运用五种力量模型对利辛县无极灯产业发展环境进行客观分析。接着,
根据上述分析,提出了利辛县无极灯产业的战略发展指导思想、发展思路和发
展目标,指出了利辛县无极灯产业下一步的发展重点和主要任务;最后,为确
保该发展战略能够得到有效的实施,从政府组织引导、招商引资、技术创新、
品牌建设、投融资体系和人才队伍建设等几个方面提出了实施战略的具体保障
措施。

Strategy Study on the development of electrodeless
lamp industry of Lixin County of Anhui Province

ABSTRACT
In recent years, China has a strong proponent of sustainable development. The
development of electrodeless lamp industry is in line with the need of development
of low-carbon economy and building a resource-saving and environment-friendly
society in China. This paper aims to analyse the situation of electrodeless lamp
industry in China, research the direction of development of electrodeless lamp
industry of Lixin County in the future, and give a suggestion to the development
strategy, the development priorities, the industrial distribution and the security
measures bine the theory of industrial development strategy with the actual
situation of the development of electrodeless lamp industry of Lixin County.
First, the author reviewed the theories of the field of strategic management,
and try to provide theoretical support for the following research; Second, the author
summarized the situation of the development of electrodeless lamp industry in
China, and demonstrated that electrodeless lamps industry have a good prospect
from the aspects of economic and social benefits; Then, had a brief introduction
