摘要
在管道中测量两相流体成分的含量及流速是一种重要的技术,它在石油工业及核动力工业中有很重要的应用。随着油田的多年开采,注水工艺的实施,使得原油含水量不断升高,为了准确计量油田的产量,提高原油采收率,降低开采成本,降低原油传输成本,有效的控制原油含水量,尽量避免高含水给油田开采带来的诸多问题,必须准确计量原油中的含水量。依据介质对微波的吸收原理,本设计选择用微波法进行石油含水率的测量。本设计的内容是如何实现用微机化智能仪表对石油管道及油样中石油的含水率、流量、介质温度和石油管道压力等多种重要参数的实时测定。在设计中给出了本仪表的整体设计思路。仪表的硬件部分采用AT89S52单片机作为中央处理器(CPU),设计了适合信号测量的电流/电压转换电路、放大电路、模/数转换电路等,完成了原油含水率测量系统的硬件设计。另外给出了系统的软件设计的部分程序。本系统具有测量速度快,检测精度高,而且自动化程度高,易于集成化,产品化,使用方便等特点,因此可以被广泛的应用于各个领域。

Abstract
Survey the content and the speed of flow of two fluid ingredients in the pipeline is one kind of importanttechnology, it has the very important application in the oil industry and the nuclear power industry. Along with oilfield mining many year, the irrigation craft's implementation, causes the crude oil water content to elevateunceasingly, for measuring accurately the oil field output, raises the crude oil recovery ratio, reduces theproduction cost, reduces the crude oil transmission cost, control crude oil water content effectively, as far aspossible avoids the high containing water brings many questions for oil field mining, must measure accurately water content in the crude on the medium principle of the microwave absorption, this design chooses the microwave method measuring moisture content of crude content of this design is how to realizes oil pipelines and petroleum samples of moisture content, flow, medium temperature and the pressure on oil pipelines and other important parameters of the real-time with the puterized intellectual this design has given this measuring appliance's overall design instrument used AT89S52 as the central processing unit(CPU),designed the current/voltage conversion circuit, the amplifying circuit, A/D converter circuit suited for signal measurement and so on, completed the petroleum moisture content measurement system's hardware the system has given
