鄱阳湖生态经济区农业发展
现状分析与政策建议

摘要:鄱阳湖生态经济区是江西农产品主产区,农业对区域经济发展有着重要的贡献。根据相关统计数据分析
鄱阳湖生态经济区农业发展现状,即鄱阳湖生态经济区的农业综合生产能力较强,产业结构日趋合理,产出效
率逐年提高,生产条件有所改善,但也存在产业化水平不高、投入不足、基础设施差、科技支撑不够等问题。同
时,鄱阳湖生态经济区农业发展面临良好的机遇,如区位优势日显突出,省域经济实力不断增强,《全国主体功
能区划分》、《鄱阳湖生态经济区农业发展规划》为区域现代农业发展提供政策保障,发展方向明确。在此基础
上提出鄱阳湖生态经济区农业发展的政策建议:一是促进农地流转,二是努力培植农业龙头企业,三是构建农
业科技支撑体系,四是构建多元化资金投入机制。

On the Current Situation and Policy Suggestions of Agriculture
Development in Poyang Lake Eco-economic Region

Abstract: Poyang lake ecological econoMic zone ( PLEER) is the Main Production district of farM Prod-
ucts of Jiangxi Province,and agriculture Plays an iMPortant role in the regional econoMic develoPMent. Analy-
sis of the agricultural develoPMent situation of PLEER with the data of Jiangxi statistical yearbook shows that
PLEER has a Prehensive agricultural Production caPacity,that the structure of its agriculture is be-
coMing More and More reasonable,that Production efficiency is increasing year after year,and that the Pro-
duction condition is iMProving.
