摘要
本设计为某110kV变电站二次部分设计,设计的内容主要包括:短路电流的计算、互感器的选择、主变继电保护的配置及整定、控制系统的设计和中央信号系统的设计。
首先根据任务书所给的一次系统图,分析所有可能的短路故障点,然后对各短路点分别进行对称短路电流计算和非对称短路电流计算;在对互感器进行选择时,主要是选择电流互感器和电压互感器,并对其进行热稳定、动稳定校验;主变的保护是本次设计的重点,主要包括瓦斯保护、纵差动保护、过电流保护、后备保护等,并对各种保护进行整定计算和校验;本设计第五、六章主要设计控制系统和中央信号系统,通过断路器的控制实现变电站的自动化操作,并对各种可能出现的故障或不正常运行状态,通过信号显示,以便及时进行调整。
本设计旨在对变电站二次部分进行设计,实现对电气一次设备进行保护和控制,从而实现变电站的优化运行。

Abstract
This design is part of a 110kV substation design, design elements include: short circuit current calculation, the choice of transformer, transformer relay configuration and tuning, control system and the central signal system.
First of all, the book under the mandate given by a system diagram of all possible short-circuit point of failure, then the short-circuit points respectively symmetric and asymmetric short-circuit current calculation circuit current calculation; selection in the transformer, the main is to select the current mutual inductance devices and voltage transformer, and its thermal stability, dynamic stability test; main transformer protection is the focus of this design, including gas protection, longitudinal differential protection, overcurrent protection, backup protection, and the kind of protection setting calculation and verification; the design of fifth and sixth chapters primarily designed control system and the central signal system, through the circuit breaker control of substation automation, and a variety of possible failure or abnormal operation state, through the signal display to adjust in time.
   The designed part of the substation design, implementation, a device for electrical protection and control, in order to achieve optimal operation of substations.
