摘要
煤炭是我们国家发展最主要的能源,同时我们国家也是当今世界上最大的煤炭生产国之一,所以煤炭的安全生产就显得尤为重要,而在这过程中,煤矿的安全监控系统就是煤矿安全生产的最重要的保障。
本论文主要研究设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站是煤矿安全监控系统的主要设备之一。该分站主要包括数据输入通道、控制输出通道、键盘操作和液晶显示模块。本设计采用STC89C52单片机作为控制器。单片机对输入通道采集的开关量和模拟量信息进行分析处理后,经输出通道控制执行器动作。当输入信号超过预设定的报警值或断电动作值时,进行声光报警或断电处理。键盘操作和液晶显示则可以实现人机交互。这样就可以构成一个典型集中管理分散控制系统。
最后,通过实验验证所设计的分站可以实现数据采集、风电瓦斯闭锁、键盘操作和液晶显示等功能,从而实现实时监测与控制,满足煤矿井下井下安全生产的要求。

ABSTRACT
Coal is the major energy of our country, and our country is one of the world's largest producers of coal, therefore, the safety of coal production is particularly important, in this process, the coal mine safety monitoring system is the most important safeguards.
This thesis mainly talk about the underground monitoring sub-station which is one of the main equipment of coal mine safety monitoring system . It includes data input channel, output channel , keyboard and LCD display . This design uses STC89C52 SCM as the controller. SCM analyzes and processes digital and analog information acquired by input channel, and then control actuator movement through the output channel .When the input information exceeds a preset alarm value or power action value, sound alarming or power handling. Keyboard and LCD are an important part of puter interaction. This can constitute a typical centralized management and decentralized control system.
Finally, the experimental verification of the designed sub-station can realize data acquisition, control output wind power gas locking, keyboard and LCD display and so on, Achieving real-time monitoring and control and meeting safety requirements of underground coal mine production.
