摘要:随着液压传动与控制技术的不断发展,对轴向柱塞泵的性能提出了更高的要求。为研究、设计和开发高性能的轴向柱塞泵,单纯运用传统的物理实验法,费工费时,变更参数或条件困难,有时甚至无法实现。本论文对轴向柱塞泵缸体进行有限元分析,为柱塞泵的设计提供理论基础。
论文对轴向柱塞泵的结构和工作原理,Pro/E、ANSYS等软件相关知识进行了分析。在Pro/E 中建立了 SCY14-1B 轴向柱塞泵缸体的三维模型,对 Pro/E 和ANSYS的接口进行了分析讨论,选择较好的文件格式传输,完成 SCY14-1B 轴向柱塞泵几何模型的建立;用有限元分析软件 ANSYS 对 SCY14-1B 轴向柱塞泵的缸体进行了模态分析和结构静力学分析,得到其前 6 阶模态振型和具体的受力情况。

The finite element analysis of axial piston pump cylinder
Abstract:With the continuous development of hydraulic transmission and control technology, the performance of the axial piston pump is put forward higher request. For research, design and development of high performance of axial plunger pump, simply use the traditional physical experiment method, takes work, change the parameters or conditions difficult, sometimes impossible. In this paper, finite element analysis was carried out on the axial piston pump cylinder, providing theoretical basis for the design of the plunger pump.
Papers on the structure of the axial piston pump and the working principle of Pro/E, ANSYS software knowledge is analyzed. In Pro/E established SCY14-1 b 3 d model of axial piston pump cylinder, interface of Pro/E and ANSYS are analyzed and discussed, choose a better file format transfer, complete SCY14-1 b axial plunger pump geometry model; Using finite element analysis software ANSYS SCY14-1 b of axial piston pump cylinder carried out modal analysis and the structure statics analysis, to get its six order modal vibration mode and stress of the concrete situation.
