应用干气密封解决炼油厂富气压缩机
密封泄漏的研究

摘
要:
针对炼油厂重油催化富气压缩机组油膜机械密封存在的泄漏问题, 从工艺参数到设备和密封本身对气压机组
密封进行了分析研究, 找出了机械密封泄漏的原因, 根据实际应用情况提出改造方案。采用干气密封替换原油膜密封
后, 延长了机组的安全稳定运行周期, 明显改善了该装置的机械密封性能, 节省了大量的润滑油。
