气相色谱法测定红枣中乙醛、乙醇的含量

摘要:为建立气相色谱法测定红枣中乙醛、乙醇含量的方法,采用 GSBP-Lnowax—MS(30m×
×)色谱柱分离、FID检测器、外标法探索了检测条件,结果表明:在进样温度 200。【=,柱温 45℃,
检测器温度 200℃;氮气流速 25mL/min,空气压力 40kPa,氢气压力 kPa条件55 下乙醇、乙醛有较好的
分离效果,乙醛在 % ~%,乙醇在 % ~%内呈良好的线性关系,该方法
准确可靠,可用于红枣中乙醛、乙醇含量的检测。
