双辊齿式聚醚醚酮粉碎机的设计与应用

摘要:根据聚醚醚酮生产过程的需要,设计了一种双辊齿式粉碎机。强调设计中齿形,尺寸对粉碎过程及粉碎后
物料粒度的影响,是此粉碎设备的关键。同时通过适当调节辊间距离,可以调整粉碎后物料的尺寸。经过实际生产使
用,得到较为满意的结果。粉碎后的物料较为均匀,尺寸在 2~5 mm左右,物料中金属粉末微量,物料性能无变化。
此设备成功解决了生产实际问题,同时填补了聚醚醚酮粉碎设备的国内空白。
