压敏保护膜用水性 PSA 胶黏剂的研制

摘要:研制了一种自交联型压敏保护膜用丙烯酸酯胶黏剂乳液,采用预乳化半连续聚合方法,通过氧化- 还原聚合工艺提
高树脂的相对分子质量,同时添加 DAAM和 ADH 自交联单体,提高交联程度来提高压敏胶的内聚力。通过在胶黏剂乳液中加
入适量的交联剂 SC- 100,进一步提高压敏胶交联程度和保护膜耐热和耐湿热等使用性能。我们可以根据 SC- 100 的添加量调
配出系列保护膜压敏胶的配方,根据不同性能要求生产出不同规格的保护膜产品,利用其瞬间接着性和可再剥离性加工成压
敏保护膜可广泛用于金属、PVC、铝塑型材等的保护。

Study on Waterborne PSA Adhesive for Pressure Sensitive Protective Film

Abstract: A kind of acrylic binder emulsion for the self-crosslinking pressure-sensitive protective film was prepared via pre-emulsification
semi-continuous polymerization. The molecular weight of resin was appropriately increased by the process of the oxidation-reduction polymerization,
and the cohesive forces were improved by the increase of the cross -linking degree by the addition of DAAM and ADH as the self -crosslinking
monomer. The cross-linking degree and the heat and wet-heat resistances of the protective film were further enhanced by the addition of SC-100 as
the crosslinking agent, and a series of formulations were obtained by adding different
