摘要:目的研究大庆市高中教师亚健康状况及其心理因素,为该群体的健康教育与健康促进提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,运用亚健康状况调查问卷(SHSQ-25)等量表对256名高中教师进行心理测评。%;亚健康与神经质和消极应对呈正相关,与内外向和主观支持呈负相关。结论应根据亚健康状况的相关心理因素,开展针对性的健康教育与健康促进措施。

Abstract: Objective Make out the influencing psychological factors of suboptimal health among high school teachers in daqing, providing the basis for health education and health promotion. Methods According to the grouping sample method, based on a sample of 256 was surveyed with a Questionnaire for Measuring Suboptimal Health Status (SHSQ-25) and other scales. Results % of high school teachers are suboptimal health. Suboptimal health status was positively correlated with nervousness and negative coping; was negatively correlated with introversion and subjective support. Conclusion Suboptimal health should be taking targeted health education and health promotion based on the psychological factors.
