摘要
二十一世纪是一个信息化的时代,教务管理信息系统作为教育信息化的重要组成部分,也得到很好的发展。为了更好地解决目前成人教育教学管理中存在的问题,不断提高我校成人高等教育的教务管理工作水平,开发了继教教务管理系统,使学院的教务管理工作步入新的章篇。
动态网站制作技术、Web Service和JavaScript脚本处理技术,同时采取安全性技术措施提高系统数据的安全。B/S模式的方案不仅解决了教务管理系统开发周期长、成本高的局限,也突破了原有教务管理系统使用中的地域局限性,同时在很大程度上也保证了数据的安全性,并且操作上快速、简洁、方便,也较好地实现了系统交互性。
总之,该系统从我校高等教育教务管理的实际工作流程出发,汇聚所有数据处理。将教务管理中诸多烦琐的工作分解到各个功能模块,从而最大化地减轻了教务管理人员的工作负担,能够较好地实现各函授站点与学校管理主站的交互,实现了教务工作的信息化、便捷化、模块化,有效解决函授教育教学矛盾,提高教学质量,对同类院校具有较高的示范和推广价值。

Abstract
The 21st century is an era of information technology, Educational Management Information System as an important part of information technology in education, should also be a good development. In order to better solve the problems in the management of adult education, and continuously improve the educational level of management of Adult Higher Education, we have developed the Adult Higher Education Educational Management Information System in order to help the management of the Institute timely, accurate access to information, educational administration in the College entered a new chapter articles.
