摘要
白云鄂博矿是世界上罕见的以铁、稀土、铌为主的大型多金属共生的矿床。矿石类型多,多种矿物间共生关系密切,嵌布粒度细小,呈“贫、杂、多、细”四大特征。为了提高包头稀土矿物的回收率,加强稀土回收,以便能够更经济合理地利用国家矿产资源,本课题对内蒙古自治区包钢尾矿进行了稀土综合回收的工艺研究。
本文对包钢尾矿坝的稀土进行了选矿工艺研究,探索了回收并且同时提高稀土回收率的新工艺,为稀土元素的回收提供了技术上可行、经济上合理的工艺流程和工艺条件。同时,为我国尾矿的稀土开发研究提供参考,解决我国稀土资源综合利用的现状。本文所阐述的工艺可以使稀土的品位达到63%,回收率达到70%以上,完全可以达到工业生产的标准。

Study on Technology of Rare Earth’prehensive Recovery from tailings in Bao Tou Steel
Abstract
Baiyun Obo mine is a world’s rare large-scale polymetal-associated deposit, which is primarily rich in iron, rare earth, niobium and characterized by"lean, complex, multiple, fine".Its closely-related minerals are small embedded. In order to improve the recovery rate of Rare Earth , strengthen the recycle of rare earth ,and use the country mineral resource economically,this subject conducts a technical study prehensive recovery process of tailings from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Baotou Steel .
In this paper,we carry out the dressing technical study on rare earth from the Baotou Steel tailings dam,explore new craft to raise the recovery , simultaneously propose technically feasible and economically reasonable technical process and the same time,it provides the reference for our country's rare earth research so as to solve present situation of rare earth’prehensive utilization. The craft elaborated in this article may enable the rare earth’s reach to 63% and returns-ratio to 70%, definitely meet the standard of industrial production .
