摘要
随着当代世界经济的发展和国际贸易自由化的逐步深入,当前国际贸易壁垒的趋势已由以关税和非关税为主的传统国际贸易壁垒转变为以技术壁垒、绿色壁垒等为核心的新型国际贸易壁垒。这种隐形贸易保护的措施已经逐渐成为世界上发达国家保护本国商品市场的措施,从形式上看,它对贸易自由的限制,具备一定的合理性,其对世界贸易产生了重大影响。且在国际贸易中,国际贸易壁垒对来自其他国家的产品和服务设置了障碍,限制了出口,在一定程度上保护了本国市场。然而我国作为发展中国家,在这种情况下的对外贸易受到了严重的冲击。此时,加强对国际贸易壁垒趋势的研究,并积极采取适当的对策来突破当前国际贸易的壁垒,对加快我国对外贸易的发展有着重大意义。为此,本文从研究新形势下的国际贸易壁垒入手,与传统的贸易壁垒进行对比,进而分析我国对外贸易面临的贸易壁垒形势,提出我国面对新贸易壁垒所应采取的对策。

ABSTRACT
As contemporary to the economic development of the world and the international trade liberalization deepens, the current international trade barriers of the trend has a traditionally dominated the tariff and non-tariff barriers to international trade for change in the technical barriers, such as the green barriers as the core of the new barriers to international trade. This kind of invisible trade protection measures have gradually e the world developed country to protect modity market measures, viewed formally, it to free trade restrictions, has certain rationality, the world trade has great influence. And in international trade, international trade barrier to from other countries products and services set obstacles, limit the export, and, to some extent, protect the domestic market. In China, however, as a developing country, in this case the foreign trade has a serious impact. At this time, to strengthen the international trade barriers trend of research, and actively take proper measures to break through the current international trade barriers, to speed up the development of China's foreign trade is of great significance. Therefore, this paper, from the study of the new situation of international trade barriers, and the traditional foreign trade, comparing analysis of China's foreign trade face barriers to trade situation, proposed our country faces a new trade barriers have some countermeasures that should be adopted.
