绿色贸易壁垒对我国纺织品出口的影响
摘要
近年来,随着国际分工和经济全球化进程的广度和深度不断拓展,一种新兴的技术性贸易措施---绿色贸易壁垒。正以其鲜明的时代性特征引起世人的广泛关注。中国作为一个典型的发展中国家,其出口货物大多属劳动和资源密集型产品,纺织工业是中国出口创汇支柱性产业,也是外向依存度很高的行业。因而这一技术性贸易措施对我国外贸影响是广泛和深入的。中国加入WTO后,纺织业是受惠最大的产业之一,服装行业也受益匪浅。服装产品进入其他WTO成员国的配额、关税等贸易壁垒虽逐步取消,但也要看到,面前还横着一道“绿色贸易壁垒”。在这样一个西方发达国家占主导地位的世界经济格局中,如何采取有效措施,突破国际贸易的环境瓶颈,实现经济与环境的良性互动,是一个急待加以研究和探讨的课题。我们应从辩证的和动态的视角去分析问题,从而全面而客观地把握其中的规律,避免走入情绪化的误区。

THE EFFECT OF GREEN TRADE BARRIER ON CHINESE TEXTILE INDUSTRY
ABSTRACT
In recent years,Continuously expand along with the wide degree and depth of the international division of labor and the economic globalization progress,a kind of newly arisen technique trade measure--- Green trade barrier. Cause the extensive concern of the people of this world with its characteristic of fresh and clear ages. China is a typical developing country, export the goods to mostly belong to the labor and the resources a product, The textile industry is Chinese exit to create to remit to pay the pillar industry, the very high profession that the extrovert depends on to save one degree. As a result, this technique trades the measure to the our country’s outside trade influence is extensive and thorough. After China join the WTO, the textile industry is to benefit one of the biggest industries. The clothing profession also is subjected to the benefit bandit shallow. Although the clothing product enters the quota, tariff of the other WTO member's country etc. the trade barrier gradually cancels,still have a "green trade barrier". In this western and flourishing nation predominate economic structure and form in world of the position, how adopt the valid measure, Break the environment bottleneck of the international trade.
