绿色贸易壁垒对中国纺织业的影响分析

摘要
绿色贸易壁垒简“绿色壁垒”,又称为环保壁垒、生态壁垒或环境贸易措施等,我国加入WTO后,不断受到“绿色壁垒”的困扰。随着经济全球化和国际经济一体化的不断发展,传统的非关税壁垒被逐步削减,绿色壁垒日益成为国际贸易发展的主要障碍。随着产业可持续发展,人们对环境保护和人类自身的健康安全要求越来越高,绿色壁垒措施的发展趋势愈演愈烈。纺织行业只有顺应国际潮流,充分认识绿色壁垒的内涵和外延,及时把握国际市场绿色壁垒信息动向,积极改进企业技术设备和生产工艺,打破国际贸易中的绿色壁垒,才能牢固占据国际市场,继续保持我国纺织行业的国际竞争优势。在分析绿色壁垒对国内纺织品业影响的基础上,通过调对国内某些公司遭遇绿色壁垒所面临问题的研究,提出了我国企业面对绿色壁垒应采取的相应对策。

Abstract
Green trade barriers named as "green barriers", also known as green barriers, such as ecological barriers and environmental trade China's entry into WTO, constantly plagued by "green barriers". With the continuous development of economic globalization and international economic integration, the traditional non-tariff barriers are gradually reduced ,so green barrier has e a main obstacle of the development of international trade .With industry sustainable development, people on environmental protection and the human health and safety requirements are more and more high, the development trend of green barriers measures intensified. Only keep up with the trend of the international textile and apparel industry, fully aware of the connotation and extension of green barriers, timely grasp the green barriers to the international market information, to improve enterprise technology equipment and the production process, break the green barriers in international trade can textile and apparel industry occupy the international market, continued to maintain China's textile and garment industry's petitive advantage. On the basis of the analysis of the green barriers’ influence on the domestic textile garment industry, through the research of the question facing the domestic panies’ encounter of green barriers, our country enterprise in the face of the green barriers should take corresponding measures.
