摘要:建立以芦丁为标准品三七粉中总黄酮含量检测方法。采用50%乙醇浸取+超声提取,用(亚硝酸钠—硝酸铝)紫外分光光度法测定其含量。以芦丁为对照标准品,确定了芦丁的最大吸收波长为510nm,以芦丁的吸光度和浓度制作标准曲线,得回归方程:y = - ,R2 = ,~;%,%。该法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,为三七粉中黄酮含量的测定提供了一种切实可行的途径。
