摘要:学习《中共中央国务院关于推进社会主义新农村建设的若干意见》,建设主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历任务,必须以科学发展观统领新农村建设,用科学发展观审视对新农村的认识。结合对农村的调查走访,从实际出发,注重解决农村的突出矛盾和问题,更好的推进各项业发展。

科学发展观是与时俱进的马克思主义发展观,是指导发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现。全面把握科学发展观的理论内涵,统领社会主义新农村建设,促进经济社会全面进步、协调发展,具有十分重要的意义。
1. 以科学发展观统领新农村建设
科学发展观强调以人为本,强调实现经济社会全面协调可持续的发展。坚持以人为本,就是以实现人的全面发展为目标,从人民群众的根本利益出发谋发展、促发展,不断满足人民群众日益增长的物质文化需要,切实保障人民群众的经济、政治和文化权益,让发展的成果惠及全体人民。全面发展,就是以经济建设为中心,全面推进经济、政治、文化与社会建设,实现经济发展和社会全面进步。协调发展,就是统筹城乡发展、统筹区域发展、统筹经济社会发展、统筹人与自然和谐发展、统筹国内发展和对外开放,推进生产力和生产关系、经济基础和上层建筑相协调,推进经济、政治、文化、社会建设的各个环节、各个方面相协调。可持续发展,
