摘要
本课题设计了某零件钻孔工位移动工作台卧式组合机床多轴箱。在设计中,根据被加工的零件图计算确定了箱体的尺寸大小,通过钻孔工序切削用量的确定,再计算出钻孔工序的切削参数,进而计算动力参数,由动力参数选择了动力箱。然后制定传动方案。根据传动方案及设计需求选定所用的轴、轴承、齿轮、油泵和其它与之配套的零件,并计算出主轴和传动轴的坐标。最后对本设计选用的轴、轴承、齿轮进行了校核。通过本设计实现钻孔在同一机床上加工,同时使用多把刀具并在几个方面对工件进行加工,达到较高的工序集中程度,从而获得较高的生产率。
多轴箱是组合机床的核心部件。它是选用通用零件,按专用要求进行设计的,在组合机床设计的过程中,是工作量较大的部件之一。它是根据工序图和加工示意图所确定的工件加工孔的数量和位置,切削用量和主轴类型设计的传递各主轴运动的动力部件。其动力来自通用的动力箱,与动力箱一起安装于进给滑台,可完成钻,绞等加工工序。本设计可实现了多孔的一次加工完成,提高了工作效率。

Abstract
This subject has certain parts design of drilling bination machine tools moving workbench workstation Multi-axle Box. In the design, according to the calculated by ponents determines the size of the box, through the drilling process of cutting parameter determination, then calculates the cutting parameters of drilling process, and then calculating dynamic parameters of the dynamic parameter selection, power box. Then driving scheme. According to the transmission scheme and design requirements of shaft, selected bearings, gears, pumps and other ponents, and calculate transmission shaft and the coordinates. Through the design on the same machine processing drilling tools, use more in aspects of the work piece machining, achieve high concentration process, so as to achieve higher productivity.
Multi-axle box is bination of the ponents of machine tools.
