摘要
近年来,现代物流业已成为我国经济领域中最活跃、最热门的新兴行业之一,但快速发展的同时,物流企业在经营过程中面临的风险也逐渐增加,这已经成为影响物流企业进一步发展壮大的主要障碍之一。人们开始意识到物流过程中保险服务的重要性。然而相对于物流业的迅猛发展,物流保险的发展却始终相对滞后。本文主要研究了物流保险的发展现状,从与物流保险配套的法律法规不健全、险种单一、保险费用不合理、新出现的物流综合险不完善等五各方面阐述了物流保险存在的问题。并就此提出了改进型建议如加大政府的支持、完善物流保险法规制度、完善信息化管理等等,来适应我国物流业的发展,因此也就是说如何使物流保险更加适应现代物流业的发展是本文主要要探讨的问题。宋体小四
