摘要
近几年随着商用无线通信的迅猛发展,射频/微波电路越来越得到重视和发展。而微波滤波器作为微波器件的一种也得到了大力的发展,尤其是在接收机前端,低通滤波器性能的优劣直接影响到整个接收机性能的好坏。因此,发展高性能,研究小型化的微波滤波器是当前非常受关注的课题。
本文首先介绍了微波滤波器的发展历史、在微波通信中的作用、当前的研究情况以及微波仿真软件ADS。然后分析了微带滤波器的二端口网络理论。最后该论文基于仿真软件ADS和推导公式的基础上,介绍了微带线低通滤波器的设计方法,同时借助ADS软件对所设计的微带线低通滤波器进行了仿真和优化,最终得到比较理想的微带线阶跃低通滤波器,通带0-,带内衰减小于1dB,4GHz以上衰减大于18dB,端口反射系数小于-20dB。

Abstract
In recent years,along with the high development of munication in business,Microwave RF circuit has been attracted more and more attention and also got many achievements. At the same time,as one of the important ponents,the microwave filters also developed rapidly in recent years. Especially,the microwave LPF directly influences the Performances of the receivers. So,develop high Performance,study miniaturized microwave filter is a hot topic in nowadays.
At first,this paper introduces the development history of microwave filters,the function in the munication,the current state of studying the filters and the advanced microwave circuit simulation software ADS. Then analyzed the two-work of filters, With the software ADS and the formula which had been Proved in this paper, introduced a design method of microstrip LPF ,stimulated and optimized the designed microstrip LPF with the help of software ADS. A good performance low pass filter pleted finally. Pass band 0-, in the belt weakens is smaller than 1dB, 4GHz weakens is bigger than 18dB, the port reflection factor is smaller than - 20dB.
