基于 ZigBee 无线传感器网络的起重机监控系统

摘要: 结合 ZigBee 无线通信技术,提出一种应用于起重机监控的无线传感网络系统架构。该方
案网络节点硬件电路以 MC9SDG128 为控制器、CC2530 为射频收发器, 详细规划了网络中节点硬件和
软件设计,并介绍上位监控系统。该系统具有低成本、低功耗、易扩展、安全性高等特点, 能实时监控
起重机的运行状况,可广泛应用于起重机监控系统。

Crane monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless works

Abstract : A wireless works for crane monitoring is proposed, combining the ZigBee munications technol-
ogy. The MC9S12DG128 CPU is used as controller 2530 RF chip is used as radio frequency receiver/transmitter in hard-
ware of crane monitoring node. The hardware and software design work nodes are planned in detail, and introduce the PC
monitoring system. The monitoring system has advantages of low cost, low power consumption, good scalability, and high security.
The proposed system can real-time monitor the operational status of crane, and can be widely used in crane monitoring in the in-
dustrial field.
