微波统一测控系统作为为目前国内的航天器测控的主用设备在航天器的测

控系统外测数据的处理精度和对异常数据的处理能力有很现实的意义
外测数据的处理是航天器测控中很重要的一个环节它是测控设备状态评估
和航天器空间姿态评估的重要依据数据处理工作已经由过去的事后单纯处理向
准实时实时和智能处理方向发展
本文作者从多年从事外测数据的事后处理工作的经验出发针对目前数据处
理工作中存在的问题和外测数据的处理将来的发展方向在阐述了神经网络的原
理的基础上充分考虑了实时数据处理和智能处理的特点采用小波多分辨分析
和神经网络相结合应用于数据处理
神经网络特有的非线性适应信息处理的能力克服了传统处理方法对于数据
处理方面的缺陷使之在专家系统和预测等领域得到成功的应用近年来人工
神经网络正向模拟人类认知的道路上更加深入发展与其他学科相结合成为人
工智能的一个重要发展方向
小波分析是在 Fourier 分析的基础上发展起来的做为时频分析的方法
小波分析比 Fourier 有着许多本质的进步小波分析提供了一种自适应的时域和
频域同时局部化的分析方法小波分析在局部时频分析中具有很强的灵活性
能聚焦到信号时段和频段的任意细节
本文根据数据处理中经常出现的数据异常情况建立了异常数据处理模型
提出了处理方法并得到较好的处理结果

Abstract
Microwave united measuring and control system (MUMCS) is one of the most
popular measuring and control equipments and plays an important role in the
measuring and control equipment of aircraft in China. As the main data source of
MUMCS, remote measuring data (RMD) is the primary basis of aircraft orbit
measuring and control. Moreover, It is very important to improve the processing
precision and capacity to singular data of MUMCS remote measuring data.
Treated as a crucial part of aircraft measuring and control, the processing of
RMD is also the primary basis of evaluating condition of measuring and control
equipments (MCE) and aircraft spacing pose. Data processing has developed from the
simply afterwards processing to the sub real-time, real-time and intelligent process.
After the explanation of basic theory of work (NN) and thorough
consideration in character of real-time data processing and intelligent processing,
depending on the many years working experience in afterwards processing of outside
measuring data, the author applied wavelet multi-resolution analysis and NN to the
data processing, mainly aiming at the existent questions in the data processing and
developmental orientation of outside measuring data processing.
