摘要
中小企业在国民经济中占有重要地位,尤其是日用品制造销售型企业,因其
产品、客户量大面广的特点,在市场活动中显得异常活跃。但随着市场竞争的日
益加剧,这些企业在分销控制上越来越暴露出种种不足,分销控制模式的落后,
分销控制手段的缺乏,已成为制约其发展的瓶颈问题之一。探索一种适应企业发
展和市场需求的分销控制模式,建立有效的分销控制手段,已是中小企业,尤其
是量大面广的日用品制造企业迫切需要解决的问题。本论文正是针对这种需求,
研究并提出了基于虚拟分公司的分销控制模式,包括以下内容:
论文首先对日用品制造业的现有分销控制模式的特点和存在的问题进行分
析,并在此基础上提出基于虚拟分公司的分销控制模式,对分销控制模式的特点
及组织模式进行了分析与研究。
其次,对基于虚拟分公司的分销控制模式的实现进行了研究。给出了该模式
对应的面向中小日用品制造企业的分销控制系统的目标体系、总体架构、功能体
系和应用模式。为了达到基于虚拟分公司的分销控制系统的低成本快速定制的目
标,设计了一种快速高效的系统开发模式。
再次,选取对系统可重用性、可维护性、可扩展性起着重要作用的持久层
Hibernate 框架和轻量级 J2EE 容器 Spring 框架等关键技术进行研究。通过 Hibernate
的对象关系映射(ORM)机制,实现系统对关系数据库的对象化访问,使开发者可
以避免直接接触复杂的 SQL 语句,提高系统的开发效率及系统的可重用性和可维
护性。通过 Spring 框架的控制反转机制(IoC),实现对系统开发中的数据访问对象
的(DAO)的插件化管理,增强系统的可重用性、可维护性和可扩展性,为该分销
控制模式的快速定制应用创造条件。
最后,基于上述的研究进行了基于虚拟分公司的分销控制系统的开发和应用,
将文中提出的分销控制模式及可重用的、可扩展的软件开发架构应用到该分销控
制系统中,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

ABSTRACT
Medium and small enterprises play an import part in domestic economy, and
commodity-manufacturing ones remain extremely active in marketing activities.
However, as petition of markets es more and more fierce, many
deficiencies in distribution control are exposed, the inefficacy of distribution control
mode and the lack of distribution control method have been their critical problems in
the way of development. It has been urgent modity-manufacturing enterprises to
adopt a distribution control mode that can suit the development and market
requirements. A distribution control mode based on virtual filial is put forward and
essfully applied. This paper consisted the following parts.
Firstly, this paper analyses the requirement for distribution control model according to the
characteristics modity-manufacturing enterprises, especially the medium or small ones in
scale. Based on the analysis a distribution control mode based on virtual filial is put forward. The
characteristics anizing mode of the control mode are discussed in detail.
