自九十年代起,为适应当时语音业务发展,/SDH体系的传输网络。近年来随着宁夏电信各类数据业务的增长,基于语音业务的SDH/传输网络,已不能适应快速发展的数据业务传送需求。如何保证在传送传统TDM业务的同时,有效传输各类数据业务,成为宁夏电信现有传输网络需要迫切解决的问题。
/SDH体系传输网络改造的有效技术方法和途径。MSTP将传统的SDH复用器、数字交叉连接器、WDM终端、ATM交换机、网络第二层交换机和IP边缘路由器等多个独立设备的功能融合在一起,进行统一控制和管理。MSTP可以利用虚级联技术、LCAS技术、RPR技术和MPLS技术来充分优化网络,具有很强的实用性及灵活性,它甚至还允许升级到智能光网络,适用于宁夏电信传输网络现状及未来3G产业的进一步发展。
论文在详细讨论基于SDH的MSTP功能、结构及关键技术的基础上,做为项目主要设计人及分项负责人,主要进行了宁夏MSTP传输网改造工程的规划、方案设计、建设实施。给出了宁夏电信MSTP传输网络建设的设计方案。实施过程中,完成了设备改造和建设方案的组织实施,解决了网络改造过程中多协议转换、级联技术问题,进行了网络管理配置,给出了RPR技术与MLPS对接过程中若干问题的解决方法。进行了网络的调测和验收。
经过网络运行测试和承载业务运行,测试数据表明网络运行稳定可靠,承载的数据业务运行效果良好,数据业务量发展迅速,网络资源得到充分利用,实现了网络优化目标,很好的达到了设计要求。

In order to adapt the growth of voice service, Ningxia munication has gradually set up plete work based on /SDH from 1990’s. Due to the increasing growth of all kinds of data serive of Ningxia munication, the work based on /SDH has not adapted the requirement of the fast growth of data service. How to transmit effectively these kinds of data service and guarantee the quality of traditional TDM service has e the urgent problem for Ningxia munication to solve.
MSTP technology is an effective method way to upgrade the work based on /SDH. MSTP integrates the traditional SDH multiplexer, digital crossing switch, WDM terminal, ATM switch, switch on work layer, IP border router and other independent equipments, control and manage them in unified way. MSTP has the capability of work sufficiently by using virtual connection, LCAS, RPR and MPLS, very practical and flexible. It even allows the upgrade to intelligent works, which meet the demand of the future development of Ningxia munication.
