本建筑物是一栋16层(地下一层地上十六层)办公楼,楼总高70米,地上16层(三层以上为标准层),,其余层高5米;地下层高4m。本工程设计内容包括:室内生活给水,生活污水排水,消防给排水,自动喷淋灭火系统。
(1) 室内生活给水
本工程水源为城市自来水。本工程生活给水分三个系统,其中地下一层至地上二层为低区,由市政自来水直接给水,供水压力为:,三层至八层加压中区,由水箱和中区变频调速给水设备供水,九层至十五层为加压高区,由水箱和高区变频调速给水设备供水。
(2)生活污水排水
本工程采用污,废水采用合流制,设专用通气管,室内首层及以上污水重力自流排入室外污水管,地下室污水采用潜水排污泵提升至室外污水管, 排水分两个区,首层独立排水为一个区,二至十六层为另一个区。
(3)消防给排水
设计内容包括室内消火栓系统。此建筑对消防的要求较高,必须保证消防的安全可靠,室内消火栓给水系统采用独立的消防给水系统,按《高层建筑民用设计防火规范》要求,采用两股水柱,每股流量qxh=, 米。系统设水泵两台。
(4)自动喷淋灭火系统
自动喷淋系统采用湿式灭火系统,每层均设自动喷淋系统
