摘要
环氧树脂具有优异的粘结性能、较高的强度,耐磨损和耐化学药品性以极高绝缘性。橡塑共混是将橡胶和塑料通过特定加工手段和方法混合在一起,从而使共混材料兼具橡胶和塑料的双重特性。了解和掌握环氧树脂的种类、结构、性能特点及其在橡胶改性中的应用,对于拓宽环氧树脂的应用领域具有一定的意义,为将来进行橡胶配方设计、研究开发新产品奠定基础。本文综合了一些环氧树脂改性橡胶的文章,利用环氧树脂的优异的粘结性能、较高的强度,耐磨损和耐化学药品性以极高绝缘性等优点改性了橡胶耐热性、耐臭氧老化和耐天候老化性差的缺点,通过橡塑共混,得到了具有力学性能优异,以及其他物理化学性能优异的复合材料。

Abstract
Epoxy resin has excellent adhesion properties, high strength, wear resistance and chemical resistance at high insulation. Rubber and rubber and plastic blends is processed through specific means and methods are mixed together, so that blends both the dual characteristics of rubber and plastic. Understanding and knowledge of the type of epoxy resin, structure, performance characteristics and its application in rubber modified for broadening the field of application of epoxy resin has a certain significance for the future of rubber formulation design, research and development of new products lay the of some of the rubber modified epoxy resin article, the use of the excellent adhesion properties of the epoxy resin, high strength, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance to extremely high insulation resistance, etc. of the rubber-modified heat-resistant resistance, ozone aging and weather resistance ings of poor, through the rubber blends, obtained with excellent mechanical properties, as well as other physical and chemical posite materials.
