文档介绍:蝿第六部份 供电系统设计蒄一、  概述:蒅本设计共分五部分,分别是:1)变压器容量的选择。2)低压电缆截面的选择。3)开关的选择。4)整定校验的计算。5)附加图纸说明。根据本工作面的所用设备的功率及沿线的排水负荷和主运输系统的负荷来确定整个系统的总负荷。。其中工作面负荷为862KW;;专用风机负荷为118KW;备用风机负荷为132KW。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       螀二、  变压器的选择:芇     为了便于操作工作面的动力设备及主运输系统中的各部胶带机和沿线的排水设施。特将变压器分开选择:工作面配电点变压器的选择;各部胶带机和沿线排水设施配电点变压器的选择。蒇1)工作面负荷变压器的的选择;薅变压器选择是否合适,对采区安全生产影响极大,若变压器容量偏小,将使工作机械不能正常运转;若变压器容量过大,势必造成设备投资的浪费。所以采区供电负荷一般采用需用的系数法进行计算,并用下列公式确定变压器的容量:                                     膁SB=(KVA)罿SB——变压器计算容量(KVA)芆——由该变压器供电的设备总功率(KW)袃KX——需用系数螁COSφdj——加权平均功率因数                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          蚆查相关资料,所选参数按一般机械化工作面选择:COSφdj==:SB===    由以上计算可选变压器容量为SB=800KVA;变压器的变比为1140/10KV=,KBSGZY-1250/10型移动变电站。羈2)各部胶带输送机配电点变压器的选择莈     故运输系统采用多部胶带输送机共同完成运输任务的。现以任一部胶带输送机配电点为例进行计算并选择移变。羃
