苏州历史街区内建筑保护与更新研究
摘要
在城市化高速发展的今天,随着人们城市保护意识的提高,历史街
区内建筑的保护与更新成为一个热门的话题。对此,国外建筑界已有较
深入的研究。我国地域辽阔,不同地区历史街区内建筑的设计手法、材
料、工艺、结构等方面与西方历史建筑有很大的不同,具有明显的中国
建筑特色。因此,探索适合本国国情的建筑保护更新方面的课题显得十
分必要。
苏州是有 2500 年历史的文化名城,拥有大量的历史建筑。近 20 年
来在大规模城市建设的同时,对建筑保护与更新做了探索性的研究和实
践,取得了一定的成绩,具有较高的研究价值。本论文以《苏州历史街
区内建筑保护与更新研究》为题,对苏州近年来五片历史街区内建筑的
保护与更新实践进行比较研究,通过大量案例介绍及国内外相关理论研
究,同时引入城市意象、整体保护、有机更新等城市设计方法,重点探
讨了群体建筑的保护与更新、单体建筑的保护与更新、新旧建筑并置等
问题。在此基础上,文章归纳出针对不同保护级别的建筑所采取的各种
保护与更新措施,总结了历史街区内苏州新建筑的设计准则,并就建筑
拆除物的利用、节能更新等热点议题作了专题论述。文章最后针对目前
存在问题对今后古城历史街区的保护尤其是更新计划提出了自己的建
议。

STUDY ON ARCHITECTURAL PROTECTUAL AND
RENEWAL OF THE HISTORIC AREA IN SUZHOU
ABSTRACT
While urbanization is in high speed developing,architecture protection
and renewal of the historical districts has e a popular
this,foreigners have systemic in our country,the design、
material、craft、structure of the historical buildings in different areas have
much difference with the similar patterns in foreign have the
bright Chinese architectual ,it is necessary to explore the topic of
the architecture protection and renewal which is suitable to our country.
Suzhou is a famous cultural city which has 2500 years contains
large number of historical addition to the large-scale urban
renewal in the recent 20 years,it also focus on the cases of the buildings
protection and renewal which has much value. In the text,the author
compares the cases in five historical districts recent theories
about protection and renewal have been summarized, both the domestic and
international excellent case. The theories of image of the city,whole
protection anic renewal have also been text mainly
discuss three problems including numerous buildings protection and
renewal、single building protection and renewal、fitting new building
