Abstract:This paper firstly designs the evaluation indexes and its factors affecting the management performance of
Forestry , it obtains the evaluation value of management performance by using entropy
method at the data from 12 forestry makes Empirical Study on factors affecting the management
performance by using multiple linear regression result shows that: there is a negative correlation be-
tween establishment age -limit,ownership concentration,independence of board and management performance;
there is a positive correlation between proportion of non-tradable share,degree of equity balance,director
