文档介绍：西北工业大学工程硕士学位论文摘要当今社会已经迈入高速的信息技术时代,电子商务是这一时代最为广泛的应用领域之一,是信息化建设的重要组成部分。电子商务的迅速发展,冲击着传统的经济结构、贸易方式和生活方式,对人类生活产生了深远的影响,同时给古老的邮政行业带来了新的挑战。新世纪的邮政企业如果不能及时地借助计算机网络来扩大自己的服务领域,那么市场就会日益缩小。挑战和机遇同在,在这种情况下,电子商务又为邮政发展提供了历史性机遇,本文就如何把握机遇,如何使电子商务服务于邮政行业即河北邮政企业如何开展电子商务做了全面而深入的研究。本文首先对电子商务系统从定义、分类、作用、应用领域及其物流特点等方面进行了详细的研究,总结出电子商务是商务活动中新的生产力,传统行业应充分利用这一生产力,使自己走出生产、经营的困境。接着对邮政企业开展电子商务所面临的技术环境,经济环境及自身的优势进行了定性和定量的分析,为在河北邮政企业开展电子商务提供了必要的理论基础。通过对传统邮政业务的总结分析,就邮政电子商务的系统功能从网站建设、认证系统、支付系统、"183”接入系统、" 185”用户服务系统以及配套系统等方面做了深入的论述。同时给出了相应的系统结构和网络实现结构,总结出新的业务平台形式。在以上论述的基础上对邮政电子商务系统做了整体规划,确定了三种运营模式:从小到大,从城市到乡村;从邮政传统业务做起;先试点后推广。并且给出了可以开展的多种网上邮政业务,其中包括:网上集邮,网上购物,网_L报刊订阅等业务形式。接着对邮政电子商务系统的重要组成部分:支付系统、业务数据后台管理进行分析研究,使之成为一个完整的电子商务系统。最后对河北邮政企业实现电子商务系统可能遇到的一些问题做了分析、讨论,并提出解决这些问题的一些设想。总之,木文采用理论与实践相结合的方法,运用系统工程的设计思想,将商品、信息与金融相融合,探索出邮政企业开展电子商务活动的一整套实施方案,它们对河北省邮政企业发展电子商务,拓展新的业务领域具有理论上和实际上的参考价值。关键词:电子商务邮政业务环境分析系统功能总体结构总体规划西北工业大学工程硕士学位论文AbstractNowadays the society has alrea街marched rapidly toward the information technology era,in which is one of the most extensive applications, and the important part of informationconstruction.
