采暖区城市既有住宅生态化改造设计研究
摘要
建筑生态化、节能化和可持续化是当今世界的潮流,更是当今世界经济可持续发展的需要。随着经
济迅速发展和人民生活水平不断提高,生态性居住建筑迅速得到普及,住宅节能正日益被人们重视。我
国建筑耗能、耗材巨大,高能耗势必制约地区经济发展和人民生活水平的提高。如何通过改善建筑外围
护结构的热工性能,使建筑物具有良好的室内热舒适环境,并减少对传统人工冷热源的依赖,降低建筑
耗能已经成为急需研究的课题。当今采暖区城市既有住宅中绝大多数为高能耗的非生态建筑,如何对既
有住宅的外围护、建筑设计层面问题、新能源利用等问题进行再设计改造,使既有住宅成为高舒适低能
耗的生态化可持续建筑,已经成为摆在我们面前的一个重要紧迫任务。
本文以采暖地区城市既有住宅建筑为研究对象。根据采暖地区气候特征,研究住宅改造中生态化设
计的的相关内容。在对外围护结构相关知识材料作全面了解和部分实地施工现场调研实验的基础上,分
析了住宅建筑外窗、外墙、屋面节能改造,同时还就建筑层面的改造再设计进行了研究阐述。本文还就
新能源的利用着重介绍了住宅在生态化改造中的一些切实可行的设计。

It is the current of the world that construct the ecosystem turn the economy energy to turn and can
keep on to turn nowadays, is also the demand of the world with the economy quick the
development and people lives the level to raise continuously, the ecosystem live building quickly get
universality, economy energy would more is country the building consume and can consume
the material huge, high can consume certanly will that region of check and supervision the exaltation that
economy develops to live with people the protect the hot work function of structure through the
improvement building outer circle, make the building have the good indoor fort, to reduce the
dependence to the cold and hot source of traditional artificial, lower the building to consume the ability,
provide at the same time more healthily fortable residence environment es the topic that needs
the research the current residence of warm area city nowadays in the great majority for high
the non- ecosystem residence that can consume, how protect to the outer circle of the current residence, the
building level problem, new energy makes use of etc. to carry on the reformation, making the current residence
e the ecosystem
