本文以 20 世纪 30 年代初至 80 年代初这一时段内武汉市现代建筑的发展和特
色为研究对象,并通过其中较具代表性的建筑实例,探究武汉现代建筑的价值体系
以及再利用。
本文以西方现代建筑史、中国现代建筑史、武汉市城市规划和城市建设史料、
武汉工业发展史料等等理论研究和历史资料为基础,结合现场调研、图纸抄绘、历
史言论和照片查找等等手段进行研究,用理性分析的方式肯定武汉现代建筑的成
就,并借此折射中国现代建筑的某些特性。
全文主体部分五章,包含绪言和结论一共七章:第二章通过对国内国际背景以
及武汉建筑在近代时期的现代转型状况的论述,对武汉现代建筑的时间、地域等范
畴做了具体定位,进而在第三章提出本文对武汉现代建筑的三个时段划分;基于上
一章对各时期建筑实例的调查研究,在第四章中经过综合归纳,提出了武汉现代建
筑的四点特色;最后,为研究武汉现代建筑的再利用,作为其基础,先在第五章中
从价值的构成、转换、表现和开发各层面探讨了武汉现代建筑的价值体系,进而得
出第六章中再利用的原则以及方式的探讨,并结合两个典型的实例勾勒出武汉现代
建筑再利用的发展现状。

Abstract
The development and characteristic about modern architecture in Wuhan city during
the period which from the beginning of 1930’s to the beginning of 1980’s had been
researched in this paper, bining some more representative examples of this
architecture, the paper discussed the value system and the recycle of Wuhan modern
architecture.
Here the research was based on some academic research and historical data about
modern architecture history in the western and China, and historical data of urban
planning and construct in Wuhan city, and the development historical data of Wuhan’s
industry, and then, bining spot research, copying blueprint, finding historical
speech and photos the research can been carried on. With the rational analysis the paper
affirmed the achievement of Wuhan modern architecture, moreover, tried to reflect some
characteristic of the modern architecture in China.
The whole paper posed of seven chapters, including five primary chapters,
chapter of exordium and chapter of conclusion. The second chapter pointed out the
category of Wuhan modern architecture’s time and region, through the discussion about
local and international background and Wuhan architecture’s transformation to modern
architecture, then, in the third chapter, three periods of the development about Wuhan
