城市化是人类生产与生活方式由农村型向城市型转化的历史过程,主要表现
为农村人口转化为城市人口以及城市不断发展完善的过程。如何才能推进城市化
沿着健康有序的方向发展,正是本课题研究的现实意义,也是城市化研究试图解
决的问题。对城市化进程的研究,从本质上来说,是对经济发展、城镇发展和农
村发展的综合研究,以及三者之间相互关系的研究。
龙岩市地处福建西部山区、闽粤赣三省的交汇处,独具区位和资源优势。然
而,相对于福建沿海城市而言,龙岩城市化水平较低,城市发展较为落后,主要
存在着经济基础薄弱、资源型产业占较大比重、中心城市规模较小、城镇体系不
够完善和劳动力素质偏低等问题。目前,龙岩正处在工业化的加速阶段,处在资
源型城市转型期的产业结构调整阶段,在制定其科学合理的城市发展模式过程
中,关键在于处理好以下三个方面的关系:城市化与工业化的关系、城市与乡村
的关系、大中小城市之间的关系,构建龙岩市合理的城镇体系。
本课题首先运用城市化相关理论,结合龙岩的城市现状,对龙岩城市化进程
中的经济发展、城镇发展和乡村发展进行了系统分析,梳理三者之间的相互关系;
接着,借鉴国内资源型城市转型的成功经验,结合福建山区的城市基础条件和经
济发展现状,依托福建山区城市化进程的战略决策,提出了龙岩城市化进程的可
持续发展模式,优化经济结构,以产业升级推进新型工业化进程;依托中心城市,
以协调联动推进城镇体系化进程;统筹城乡发展,以二元转换推进城乡一体化进
程。

龙岩市城市化进程及其发展模式研究
Abstract
The urbanization is a historical process base on the city-into transformation of
production and lifestyle, ports that how does the rural population turn into
urban and how does the urban improvement. How to advance the urbanization along
the healthy and orderly direction is the operation significance of the research, and that
is what the research tries to do. Researches on the urbanization, in essence, analyzing
the development of economic、urban and rural, and analyzing the relation between
them.
Longyan City is located in the western mountain areas in Fujian Province, lies in
the bounded area of Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi, and has advantages of location
and resource. But, compared with coastal cities in Fujian, Longyan is on a lower level
of urbanization and urban development, for instance ,the economic foundation is
weak, resource-based industries accounted for a larger proportion , the central city
scale is small, the urban system is not perfect, and the quality of the labor force is
lower. At present, Longyan is in a stage of accelerated industrialization; meanwhile, it
is in the adjustment of the industrial structure as a resource-based city in transition. It
